Yamaha Recalls ATVs Due to Crash Hazard

Hazards: The steering column support assembly can crack and cause the rider to lose steering control, posing a risk of injury or death to riders.
Remedies: Repair
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ATVs and contact their local Yamaha dealer to schedule a free repair. Registered owners were sent direct mail notification of the recall.

Description

This recall involves the non-power steering models. Yamaha has received 19 reports of incidents involving the recalled ATVs. No injuries have been reported.
