Hazards: The bicycle seatstay or linkage component parts used to connect the seat tube and rear axle dropouts can be incorrectly sized which can cause the frame to collapse, posing a fall hazard to the rider.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact Focus Bicycles to schedule a free inspection and repair.

Description

This recall involves four models of 2016 Focus Spine mountain bicycles. The Spine C (carbon) 0.0, Factory, Pro and SL were sold in three colors: black/white, grey/orange and green/light green/yellow. "Focus" is printed on the bicycle's down tube and "Spine" is printed on the top tube.
